So it’s officially one week until Christmas and I love Christmas. In case it isn’t clear by now I love cooking, and Christmas cooking is my favourite. I love being surrounded by great conversation with my family at Christmas with the Christmas music playing softly in the background. I love the smell of all the herbs cooking gently in the oven. After dinner sitting around the living room with the people, I love rubbing our stomachs because we ate too much is a family tradition. From my holiday menu, you can calculate how long I’ll be laying there before I begin to eat some delicious vegan snacks. Who says being vegan is boring. If you would like any of the recipes for any of my dishes just mention in the comments and I’ll get it fired up!
