- 1 clove of Roasted Garlic
- A good pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3/4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 150ml Soya Milk (unsweetened is best)
- 150ml Sunflower Oil
- Place the measured garlic, salt, black pepper, dijon mustard, lemon juice and soya milk in a blender and blend!
- Once these ingredients have blended together, slowly pour the sunflower oil into the mixture while still blending. And ta-da! Vegan Mayo!
