Vegan Mayonaise

Ingredients

  • 1 clove of Roasted Garlic
  • A good pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 3/4 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150ml Soya Milk (unsweetened is best)
  • 150ml Sunflower Oil

 

  1. Place the measured garlic, salt, black pepper, dijon mustard, lemon juice and soya milk in a blender and blend!
  2. Once these ingredients have blended together, slowly pour the sunflower oil into the mixture while still blending. And ta-da! Vegan Mayo!
